Q: How can I store my stencils?
A: Place the brass ones on their sides in a decorative box that you have made to match your craft room or in a storage container. For the plastic stencils, use a decorative file folder to help prevent them from getting bent.
Q: I need to get organized, but what I can use for my stamps, embossing powders, dies and so much more?
A: The Totally Tiffany line of organizers is perfect for the job. There are so many to choose from and specific ones to hold dies, paints and even stamps plus so much more.
Q: I’m having trouble getting glitter paper to cut all the way through with my dies.
A: You can place the die on the back side of it and run it through the machine that way or glue a piece of cardstock to back and then die cut. You may have to run it through several times each time rotating the position of the paper and die in your machine until it cuts all the way through.
Q: I can’t get my embossing powder to melt evenly. What can I do differently?
A: Heat the piece from the backside and instead of moving the heat tool move the paper along the stamped lines over the top of the heat tool only moving it when the area you are working on has melted to a shiny look.
Q: How should I store my markers when I’m not using them?
A: Store them laying on their sides horizontally to keep the ink from running to ends.
